Company formation and administration

We offer complete company formation services and administration of your new company.

• Formation of a small company (MB) from €160 + VAT with mobile signature. For foreign residents without mobile signature from €270 + VAT
• Formation of UAB (Limited Liability company) from €190 + VAT with mobile signature. For foreign residents without mobile signatures from €295 + VAT

In addition to the company formation, charges will apply for company name search (€17) and registration of legal entity (€57). Other charges may also apply for notary, translation, registered office address and opening of bank account.

Minimum required share capital €2.500 for limited liability company (UAB). There is no share capital requirement for MB company.
